"If you’re looking for insurance, stop here, Trent is great!! I filled out my quote and accepted a policy online and Trent called me to walk me through what I needed to do on a Saturday where everywhere else I wouldn’t have been able to talk to a live agent. Money is tight right now and because of that he stayed on the phone with me and managed to find me the best possible monthly price and happened to find a cheaper route than I had even thought I could get from the online quote. "Signed up for a policy with Collin. Wasn’t disclosed that I was being enrolled in the Drive and Save program to be quoted $254. I asked about it and he said he’d remove it but there would be an increase. My bill went up to $286. Okay fine. Well the next my bill was $316. Be cautious because it’s been a big waste of time transferring insurance when this agent wasn’t up from in the beginning. I would’ve never changed if I knew I was going to be paying more than my car note for insurance."
