I filled out my quote and accepted a policy online and Trent called me to walk me through what I needed to do on a Saturday where everywhere else I wouldn’t have been able to talk to a live agent. Money is tight right now and because of that he stayed on the phone with me and managed to find me the best possible monthly price and happened to find a cheaper route than I had even thought I could get from the online quote. "Signed up for a policy with Collin. Wasn’t disclosed that I was being enrolled in the Drive and Save program to be quoted $254. I asked about it and he said he’d remove it but there would be an increase. My bill went up to $286. Okay fine. Well the next my bill was $316. Be cautious because it’s been a big waste of time transferring insurance when this agent wasn’t up from in the beginning. I would’ve never changed if I knew I was going to be paying more than my car note for insurance."

"I love this State Farm, everyone here is friendly, professional, and understanding. However, Brandon consistently goes ABOVE & BEYOND what I would expect from an insurance agent. I'm tight on finances as I'm looking for a job after my training and I had some family recommend me to other insurance. Folk have advised me to shop around for cheaper car insurance as prices are climbing for everyone but I don't feel the need to. David is just the most recent example of me placing my hard earned dollars on customer service. It really is the good folk here like David who keep my business with State Farm."

"I was checking different insurance companies to change my current one when I pulled the information from the State Farm’s office in McKinney. I had not read any of the reviews when I contacted them. From the beginning, they were quick to respond. Omar contacted me right away, answered all my questions by phone or email and he was very helpful and professional. Companies underestimate good customer service and it really makes a big difference. Obviously my main concern was to find a better rate (which I did with them) but when you have similar options to choose from, customer service is the next thing I look for. I’m glad I found this office."
